You don’t have to wear all black to support your team properly. And I don’t think they help the atmosphere at games because they just chant and don’t react to what’s going on in the game. May as well stay outside the ground and join a choir.
I wondered about PTSD too, but I do remember odd moments of aggression from random chaps growing up in central London, -nothing as bad as this case certainly. Just London life, I fear.
