75 years young yesterday - still love the Dons!
My new copy of When Saturday Comes has arrived this morning, including an article celebrating their 40 years in print this month. Their highlight from 2002 is about WFC... My mate and I went by train to a midweek Southern League match at Romford in the 70s. Got there a bit late, and the bloke on the turnstiles said Romford had just missed a penalty. We were singing Dickie Guy's praises until we got sight of the pitch and realised that Romford were playing someone else, not the Dons. It was a cup replay which had taken precedence over our league match.

Spent most of the rest of the evening in a Romford pub. We must have been 16 or so but underage drinking didn't seem to matter then.
Just read that a Barcelona fan arrived in London to travel to St James's Park, Newcastle...... but ended up in Exeter instead. 😀

I heard another story once, of a couple asking their driver to take them to Stamford Bridge and ended up at Stamford Bridge, Yorkshire.
BBC are running poll on whether Igor Tudor should be sacked. I voted NO but it's presently 80/20 in favour of YES
