 Rosenior’s situation is a bit similar to Mark Robinson with us, take someone who is doing a good job in one role (in his case managing Strasbourg), push them into taking a bigger role, where they are out of their depth and inevitably fail. Result = loss of someone doing a good job who is now out of the organisation altogether (though in Rosenior’s case the blow to him will have been softened by receipt of a massive payoff)

 Irony there OI as I likened Rosenior getting the Chelsea role to Robbo getting our first team role. Both given roles they shouldn’t have been given by people who don’t know what they’re doing. Main difference is Robbo is a decent chap and Rosenior comes across as a right knobhead.

 Some of the fans stuff is good, a friend of mine, Martin Sanders does a decent Southampton social media fanzine, that the club themselves recognise and give him scoops and allow him to engage with players and staff from time to time.
